Mac Andre Arboleda has helped establish projects and organizations interested in digital rights campaigns and critical engagement with information and communications technologies. He is the Founding President of the UP Internet Freedom Network, a youth-led alliance based in the University of the Philippines Los Baños, and Project Lead of the Artists for Digital Rights Network, an alliance composed of artists, writers, and cultural workers from Asia-Pacific. He is a 2022 Asia Foundation Development Fellow, a 2021 APIGA fellow, and a 2022-2024 Erasmus Mundus Scholar pursuing an MA degree in Austria. He holds a bachelor's degree in development communication from the Philippines.
