Frank is a co-founder of the Rural Aid Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused on advancing digital, health, and economic rights for vulnerable groups in Uganda. He also was a Community Technology Access Coordinator for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) project under Windle International Uganda, where he helped provide internet access for over 10,000 refugees in Uganda. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, a Cisco Certified Network Associate Certificate from Makerere University, and a post graduate diploma in Project Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute. He was part of the Frederick Ebertstiftung young leaders’ program in 2016 and was a Global Health Corps fellow in 2018.
